By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both buyer and seller.
2. Product Information
- All artworks are original and handmade unless otherwise stated.
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
- Sizes are listed in centimetres please double-check before purchasing.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed securely through wordpress checkout system.
- Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
4. Shipping
- Processing time is 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
- All items are shipped with tracking and protective packaging.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of custom commissions and one-of-a-kind originals, these items are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
- Custom orders and commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
- I will offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
- Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier service before any action is taken.
7. Copyright & Usage
- All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist.
- Purchase does not grant rights to reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork in any form.
- If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact me for licensing options.
8. Communication
- I aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 hours.
